When is enough enough? In a classic late Friday document dump, it appears as if Gonzales lied about his involvement in the prosecutor firings. Gonzales had stated previously he was not involved in any discussions regarding the dismissals, yet the documents show he met with aides to discuss the firings of seven U.S. attorneys just a little over a week before they took place.

Oops! This will truly crank up the calls for his resignation (with many Republicans joining the call just to get this scandal off the front page), but should it end there? There still exists the high likelihood laws were broken concerning this entire fiasco and if so, the rule of law should be protected.
